Pricing Information

Legacy Campus is a beautiful and centrally located venue offering several options for meeting spaces, entertaining, team building or banquet/dinners. We have spaces for groups of six all the way up to 550 seated or 1000 theater style. Our events staff is excited for the opportunity to host the community, corporate, and non-profit partners.   • Basic A/V package including mics, projector, and screen
  • Tables and chairs (Liniger Hall: 6-ft round tables and banquet chairs; Meeting Rooms: wheeled tables and chairs for easy reconfiguring)

Not included in your rental:

  • Food and beverage services
  • Linen rental
  • Additional required staffing for after hours/larger events
  • Upgraded A/V needs

Proof of 501c3 (if tax-exempt) and liability insurance required by renter. Rentals are subject to availability with rates and policies subject to change at the sole discretion of Legacy Campus Events. Catered food + bev must be purchased from LC partner vendors.
