Legacy Marketplace is more than a school café—it is a student-operated learning lab where education, entrepreneurship and industry experience come together. Whether you're stopping in for a handcrafted coffee, a fresh breakfast or a weekly lunch special, every purchase supports authentic, hands-on learning for DCSD students.
Students gain real-world experience by operating The Marketplace, managing food production, customer service, inventory, point-of-sale systems and daily business operations.
As part of the nationally recognized ProStart® curriculum, students develop advanced culinary techniques, food safety and sanitation practices, restaurant management skills and hospitality leadership experience.
The Marketplace provides a front-row seat to watch the next generation of professionals turn their passion into a pathway. Our students look forward to serving you soon!

Monday -Thursday: 7:30 a.m-1:30 p.m.
The Marketplace is run by students, so the cafe is closed when school is not in session.
