Check out our new wellness area this month. There are neck traction cushions, yoga mats and small weights to use. Challenge yourself to take 15 minutes to relax, meditate, or stretch at least once a week. We also will have massage chairs and music to relax too all of next week (May 6-10). I am doing the Down Dog Yoga Challenge this month at home but will definitely be taking a break in our wellness area to meditate/stretch. Would love to see you there!
