Anthony brings 21 years of experience in education, including 17 years previously with Douglas County School District and, most recently, four years with the Bennett School District. Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and multiple CTE endorsements, including Architecture and Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing and Repair, and Work-Based Learning Coordinator. Anthony has taught a range of CTE subjects at both the middle and high school levels, including Automotive Technology, Electricity, Electronics, Woodworking, Construction, Metalworking, and Welding. 

Anthony has been honored to receive multiple Teacher Appreciation Awards from students and colleagues and was previously recognized as a Douglas County High School Apple Award Representative. His goal is to bring relevant, up-to-date industry knowledge into the classroom, equipping students with the skills and experience needed to thrive in their chosen career pathways.

ACC - CON 1010 - INTRO TO CONSTRUCTION I

Prerequisite: None
Course fee: Approx. $35
Explores the expanding array of careers within the construction industry. Students will be exposed to the construction industry through job site tours, hands-on experience, and classroom activities. Math and science applications will be established through the academic integration of job-site technical skills and classroom theory.

ACC - OSH 1310 OSHA 10
69141007 - .5 Practical Arts Credit/1.0 College Credit - Arapahoe Community College
Prerequisite: None
Course fee: Approx. $10
Provides a 10-Hour OSHA certification course for general industry and participants will review the current OSHA standards contained in 29 CFR 1910. Participants that complete the course will receive a certificate of completion from the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The course is taught by instructors certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Prerequisite: ACC CON 1010 - Intro to Construction I
