Sarah has enjoyed a long career in the field of architecture, beginning with her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and work experience with large architecture firms specializing in the healthcare, retail and education sectors. Upon completing her Master of Architecture degree from University of Colorado at Denver, she pivoted her direction to expand her building code knowledge by becoming the residential and commercial Plans Examiner for a local municipality.

She is a Colorado licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and formerly registered with the National Council of Architect Registration Boards (NCARB). Sarah has spent the majority of her career working her way up to become a Principal in an award-winning design firm in Denver focused on corporate office design. She recently returned from a month in Italy experiencing the art and architecture of the ancient Romans and the masters of the Renaissance. Her creative design sense, building code expertise and construction knowledge are all aspects of architecture that she is excited to share with her students in the Architecture Pathway at Legacy Campus.

  Anthony brings 21 years of experience in education, including 17 years previously with Douglas County School District and, most    recently, four years with the Bennett School District. Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and multiple CTE endorsements, including Architecture and Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing and Repair, and Work-Based Learning Coordinator. Anthony has taught a range of CTE subjects at both the middle and high school levels, including Automotive Technology, Electricity, Electronics, Woodworking, Construction, Metalworking, and Welding.

Anthony has been honored to receive multiple Teacher Appreciation Awards from students and colleagues and was previously recognized as a Douglas County High School Apple Award Representative. His goal is to bring relevant, up-to-date industry knowledge into the classroom, equipping students with the skills and experience needed to thrive in their chosen career pathways.
